Haoren is a Transaction Risk Manager in Marsh’s Private Equity and M&A Services practice. He brokers warranty and indemnity insurance and other transactional risk solutions for Marsh’s clients and works to ensure they secure favourable terms which meet their insurance needs for the transaction at hand. He also manages and maintains relationships with the relevant insurers to provide clients with access to the best providers.
Prior to joining Marsh, Haoren was a Senior Associate at Allen & Gledhill LLP, a market-leading law firm based in Singapore, where he advised both domestic and international clients on Singapore and cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions and related work including legal due diligence, corporate advisory, corporate restructuring, regulatory and compliance and employment matters.
Haoren graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business Management and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
