Lily is a Research Manager at Marsh McLennan based in Singapore. Her research themes include Workforce for the Future, Healthy Societies, and Transformative Technologies.
Lily is a sociologist with diverse interests in demographic changes that influence the workforce, technology application in workforce management and development, women leadership and workplace diversity. She is passionate about empowering people in the workplace, bringing out their best potentials, and developing the most accommodating workplace. Lily also advises various non-governmental organizations on population aging and gender issues in the healthcare sector.
Before joining MMC, Lily was a lecturer and researcher at Nanyang Technological University and Human Capital Leadership Institute. She holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Sydney and an MA degree from the University of Washington.
