Joseph Becker is a Senior Vice President working as a reinsurance broker in Guy Carpenter’s Public Sector Practice. He has spent nearly 10 years working in catastrophe analytics focused on evaluating water related models and developing strategies around innovative flood solutions. Joseph earned a BS in Physics from Le Moyne College in New York and an MS in Water Resources Engineering from the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
