Karen is an Industry Relationship Management Lead focused on the industries of hospitality and retail. Her responsibilities include building a strong relationship with our existing customers externally and internally to gain perspectives on how to enhance/improve future products aligned with the industry, introduce or cross sell new products and services, and meet industry and market needs. Karen also earned a B.A. with a concentration in Political science from the Univeristy of Texas at Dallas and her MBA in Human Resources and Training from Amberton University.
