Luis Cirne has over 15 years of consulting experience, having also held executive positions with various ICT players and worked as direct advisor to Board members of key European telco groups.
His principal expertise covers Strategy, Marketing, Network, Corporate Finance and Organisational Design. He has worked in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa for both wireline and wireless operators.
Luis has an MBA (Honors) from Columbia University in New York City and a degree in Economics. He speaks English, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
