Marco is a Partner in our Retail and Consumer Goods practice based in Amsterdam. He has over 25 years of experience in the areas of strategy, commercial and operational transformation and operating model design for global and regional retail clients. Marco has developed strategies for capability driven growth, convenience growth, global sourcing, and e-commerce.
Marco has worked across a broad range of retail formats (e.g. grocery, non-food, on- and offline, DIY, home furnishing) and across various sectors in the Food (e.g. beverages, dairy, meat) as well as the Logistic/Transportation industry. He has extensive experience in serving clients across Europe, North America, Middle East and China.
Marco holds a B.B.A. from Nijenrode Business School (The Netherlands) and has an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia.
