Vlad is a Partner in the Financial Services practice based in Boston serving insurance, asset management, and other industry clients. He takes a practical approach to strategy and works extensively with clients on their strategic growth, restructuring, operating model, governance, and other priority issues. Vlad specializes in best practices for designing operating models and delivering digitization to support large-scale business transformations.  

Serving as a trusted advisor to senior financial services leaders, Vlad brings extensive domestic and international experience for business restructuring and capabilities-led transformation across a broad range of industry sectors from strategy through execution. 

I strive to bring a practical approach when working alongside clients, helping them find sustainable ways to reset and solve future efficiency and growth challenges.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Vlad was part of Financial Services practices with Strategy&, the global strategy consulting team at PwC (formerly Booz & Company), where he drove transformation and operating model design for financial services clients.

Vlad is an author on strategy, business transformation, and performance improvement, and has published articles on industry-leading practices for financial services industry clients. He holds a BA in History from Tufts University and speaks four languages (English, German, Russian, and Ukrainian). Outside of work, Vlad enjoys cooking and extensive travel.
