Celebrating Black History Month 2023

Voices from our colleagues

Celebrating Black History Month 2023
February is Black History Month, honoring the histories, cultures and contributions that people of African and Caribbean descent have made in their communities and at our company. We also acknowledge and remember past injustices and the ongoing struggle Black people face every day trying to achieve belonging and equity in their lives and careers.

We understand that the most important thing we can do as an organization is to create a culture where everyone feels welcomed, and that their ideas belong. It starts with belonging.

Voices from our colleagues
Although this commemorative month is officially recognized in the United States and Canada, we are taking the opportunity to acknowledge our Black colleagues globally and will be sharing their perspectives on their personal career experiences.
